Zaks stood in the coldest part of the world looking at the remains of a camp that once had housed many Saiyan warriors and tried to hold in all of her emotions to herself. She had failed so many of the warriors here and now many of them would never return home to vegeta over a battle that should never have been fought. She was in her right mind now and knew for sure that she had been manipulated to attack much like the forces within the USD had wanted her to do. She had been tricked into ruining the situation on earth and for so many people losing there lives for no reason at all. "" IF I could go back...I would do it. All of you I am sorry that I failed you all."" reaching down Zaks moved the snow to reveal underneath what used to be a campfire that once was used by the Saiyans camped here. They had been eating when the call had gone out to head to north city and had left in such a hurry that there dinner was still here. While most got to return home not all of them did and while that was a way of life for the Saiyan warriors it was not from there leaders screw up. After a moment Zaks stood up and started to walk away her thoughts in deep turmoil. 

If she could only bring them all back to life like she had done for may but that was impossible as there was not enough negative energy from the Machines to bring more then a few people back. even more so now that the ogres were on guard in hell from anyone else doing again. If only Zaks could make everyone forget how the Saiyan's attacked...wait? couldn't she?"" Zaks had forgotten who her children's father was except a few vague memories. Did that work on everyone or had they been targeted? It was enough of a worry that Zaks would need to look into it as it meant whoever had done it was able to manipulate Zaks in a way she could not ever let happen again. Also maybe she could use that ... No she wouldn't do that. She could not or would not hide what happened there as it would the same thing as to lie to world. it was something she would not ever do as it had hurt May in a way that she kept so close to her heart that Zaks didn't even fully understand it.  

Suddenly Zaks felt a power that was overpowering to such a degree that she instantly went into combat ready stance while jerking to the direction she felt it in. "" Liari?? but.. your Dead!""  She uttered in a shocked whisper Zaks didn't realize the little Majin she had defended in hell was the same person who she felt currently as pressure was completely different from that time. Liari was a threat to the earth in a way that was insane. Recently all the powerful fighters had disappeared or gone to ground. Did that meant his time Liari would destroy the earth if she went on a rampage? Zaks could not allow that as her daughter now hid herself with ren on this world and besides she owed this world a debt . She owed Opherla, Terra, Ren, Moire, May, and even that jerk of a father a chance not to deal with Liari. 

bracing herself Zaks began to power herself up her power sending the Snow of her surroundings flying in every direction as her power sky rocketing to new heights. Her body adjusted to the new power inside quicker then it had in the past as her ability to control it grew even more then before. The Saiyan Queen was a sight  to behold as her aura flared up releasing a silver light on her surroundings and could be seen for a good distance and that said nothing about those who could sense it. There was no one on the planet who could not feel the Queen take on her new form. Though the power of liari was still a good measure higher then her own Zaks was not gonna back down now as she felt her pride would not let her. She had come to earth originally to help stop liari before all the political garbage. She could at least do that much she thought to herself as she blasted off in The Majins direction. 

It did not take but a moment before Zaks Could see The Majin sitting in her spot seeming to be staying still waiting for her. It did not matter to Zaks as she turned herself into a silver comet aimed directly at the Majin with enough force to leave a sonic boom that could be heard for miles. ""LAIRI!!!""

Zaks Finally Saw Liari Flying to meet her in mid air her own Powerful Aura sounding her in blaze of fury. Good! she didn't like the Idea of attacking her when she was not ready not that Liari cared about that sort of thing herself if she remembered correctly her first encounter with her. Though there was a definite change in Liari that threw Zaks off that she couldn't understand herself. Did she change her form again? She did not have very long to think about it as She watched Liari flipped herself around to deliver a kick at Zaks that almost caught her in complete surprise just by how quick the Majin moved. Zaks threw her arms up in front of herself catching the feet before they could inpact her body and cause Damage to her. The resulting clash sent both fighters away from each other and it took Zaks on the briefest moment before she righted her self ready for the next attack on her.



Zaks knew that more then anyone else she wagered on the planet earth as her own decisions had caused countless deaths and hard ships for two worlds. She also could not allow Liari to roam free as May and Ren lived on this planet now hidden from the world but still here to be destroyed on a whim from the Majin tornado.

Zak's would be lying if she said that she did not feel a bit of satisfaction when she watched Liari bristle in anger at her accusation and she grinned before she started her attacks. But to her own surprise she had a thought she never would have thought she would have if she met with Liari and it definitely confused the Saiyan queen. Liari was not one to show regret at all even at the mention of her daughter last time only confused her as if she could not remember anything but the fight in front of her. She did not have long to think about it before Her fist and face was in the Majin's hands even as she returned to grip around her wrist trying to free herself. Although he desperate attempt to free herself ended quickly when Liari started to yell in her face and there eyes were locked together. """I was losing my mind to FOUR OTHERS, Zak's."" while it all sounded like an excuse to Zak's there was a hidden truth Zak's saw as well with that simple statement. It was enough for Zak's to not resist when she was pushed away from Liari so they were a few feet apart. 

The surge of emotion that overwhelmed her and made her shout at Liari even as the Majin tried to explain herself to Zak's should have brought even more satisfaction having brought liari to tears. The truth it didn't even feel good at all and something broke inside of Zak's as she stared even harder At Liari her eyes and face devoid of all emotion as she tried to process her own feelings. Why did she now feel bad that she had brought Liari to tears? Was it the fact she could tell she was genuine in her feelings that she regretted what she had done? Or some were deep down Zak's knew to a degree with what Liari was feeling and knew it was one of the most painful things she had ever dealt with. The wounds from north city were just beneath the surface of Zak's own heart. Who was she to judge Liari at the moment after what she had done was so fresh and unlike so many others her daughter was back alive. Just like Zak's Liari could not go back and change it all and end the pain she had inflicted on others. Zak's herself first had been drowned in her own pain before she transformed to her newest form to fight Zerori and nearly killed her friend or hurt her pretty bad. 

Liari had four other voices in her head making it so she couldn't even think but Zak's herself had made an aggressive move on her own volition without any Excuse other then she was angry and wanted to defeat the enemy that attacked her daughter. Yes she still was sure the USD was a threat to her people but not so much that it warranted invading another world like she had done. So was its Zak's place to sit here and Judge liari? The Saiyan queens face slowly started to turn into a snarl as she Aura became even more violent as her feelings raged inside of her making her start to lean forward like she was gonna attack again before stopping once again. No enough was enough! This liari was so drastically different then the monster she had encountered before. With a open Growl Zak's Hair flared for only a moment before it and its Aura disappeared. Without the transformation clouding her thoughts Zaks took another look at it all as she recalled a little Majin in hell who looked desperate. "" That was you wasn't it? In hell?"" Zak's stared hard at Liari Remembering the frightened little thing that was desperate to leave. 

Zak's had completely let down her guard as she looked at Lairi her eyes no longer clouded by her own form demanding she defend herself from all threats. Her hatred was spent as she realized how much fear she had seen in the eyes of Liari in hell. When she had found May it was the same thing May was in such disbelief she had originally fled from Zaks. The constant battles and search of Peace for May had her clinging to her mother the moment she realized it was not a trick that her mother was there. She knew the Fear and pain of hell were a rude awakener for Liari just as it was for Zak's for the briefest times she had been down there in hell. She knew Liari probably deserved every second of what happened to her down there and probably even more then that but...It was not For Zak's to judge her even more so since her own hands were not clean anymore. "" I... am sorry"" she whispered to Liari. To her own surprise she was actully sorry to Liari. Had the Majin been the one she had been before Zak's knew that would not be the Case. The old liari controlled by the collective minds inside her was some one that Zaks would never be sorry to. But this woman before her? Who was almost looking into a mirror of her own mistakes was another whole story.

But Thinking it over what had been the real reason to Attack liari? it had been the want and needing to prove she was not a bad person herself by saving the earth from Liari. She herself had been trying to make up for her own mistake as to validate herself to everyone and What would she do if a Child from north city showed up with a gun to kill Zak's? What if that child wanted there mother or sibling back? while her crime was much less then liari and her attention was noble in its goal. Was it really without sin?

"" I Wont say you don't Deserve more punishment or that your free of Guilt. but.. I can not be the one to Judge if you really are trying not to be that thing again. My hands are not clean either. If I say your hands are to dirty to be forgiven then what hope do I have to hold my own children. ""

Now all Zaks could do was wait And hope that what she saw when she looked in Liari's eyes really was her own feelings and she didn't just doom herself by letting her guard down. There was also a small  back of her mind that wondered if she wanted to believe in Liari for no other reason then for Terra's Sake. 

Zaks refocused her eyes on the Majin before her as she heard something she at first misunderstood. "" Why?"" Zaks could only watch as the Majin seemed to shake her head and kept speaking asking how she could forgive her. Zaks stared at and felt her heart tug ever so little bit as the Question also bounced around inside her own head. Her soldiers never blamed her for what happened there and every single one of them had just told her they would not lose next time. Zaks realized a sad truth that made her angry not at the Majin in front of her but at herself as she vividly recalled what she had promised them all. She had promised she would be even better and stronger next time. A promise she was breaking by being so weak and attacking herself at every decision she made. She even attacked her own feelings regarding Liari. This Majin had killed thousands of people and what did that matter to Zaks? Not a lot if she was being honest as it was not her people or hurting her people in anyway. Even more earth had sided with her Enemy even if they didn't see it that way and gave her countless excuses.

She recalled her mother Teaching her when she had been younger along with several others from the village how to be warriors and she was watching them all from her chair on the training grounds. A Chair Zaks had put her in when she had lost her temper and nearly killed her in a simple sparing match. Her mother Zaks was watching many of the other children ganging up on Zaks anger at her for hurting there Chief and had made a circle to punish her. They had always disliked Zaks early from her freakish size to the fact every adult in the village seemed to give her anything she wanted.  Blow after blow was landing over Zaks and all she did was curl up further allowing them to injure her to vent there frustration out on her. Suddenly a voice called out to her and she flinched at the voice she didn't deserve to hear. "" So you just gonna give up after making one mistake? your gonna punish yourself? For what? Who does that help? it doesn't help you and it doesn't help them. Be honest and repent Zaks you cant change how people feel about you without action. you cant even attempt to undo what you have done or make up for it if you allow yourself to wallow in the pain. Move forward and Just keep trying to be honest "" it still took Zaks years to understand what her mother meant for her to understand what she had meant by that and even then she forgot those words in times like at this very moment all consuming.

Taking a breath she focused back on Liari as she started to Lay into Zaks again her own frustration showing itself to the Queen. Liari truly felt bad for what she did it was easy to see for Zaks and she wanted her feelings validated. No that wasn't it Zaks face hardened  as she stared at Liari with an ever increasing feeling of anger at her words. Weakness? to forgive and stop the cycle of fighting? it was Weakness to believe others could do better? Then Zaks was weak as she was trying to earn forgiveness to a race that had killed of countless races in geocidal battles for there worlds.  Zaks had to believe in that weakness as it was the only thing that meant the Saiyan race deserved to live.
"" Liari... you do not get to choose if your Forgiven or not."" Suddenly Zaks former transformation Came back in full force as the silver aura covering her entire body lite up even brighter then before"" So what if we forgive you? you don't get to tell me your Sad story and then Decide how I feel about it. "" Lifting up one hand Zaks Released both her Ki and mana into the ice burgs below her and the Ice burgs below her started to rise into the air littering the area around them with blocks of Ice defying gravity. "" Did you really even regret what you did? Liari? It seems to me that your still trying to tell everyone how to feel. Exactly like you wanted them to fight you and got angry when they didn't want to."



 Zaks Voice was deadly calm even as the field around the Two of them was charged with her Magic creating a almost nightmarish landscape as the Ice burgs began to crash into each other further adding to the confusion. "" Forgive you? I never forgave you Liari.. how could I ever forgive the one who tried to kill my daughter? "" Zaks Voice had taken a almost condescending tone to Liari and her eyes were full of contempt but not outright fury as when they had first encountered one another. "" No one deserves anything even close to that Liari..losing my little May... killed the Warrior who would have forgiven you."" Liari had not learned anything from the last time they had encountered one another! She still grew angry when she didn't get the attention she wanted and while at this moment she was sorry enough not to be a danger that would not last. Zaks was certain it would only be a matter of time unless the Majin got what she wanted and Zaks wasn't waiting to find out. What good was a Queen who wallowed in self pity when the threat was right before her? Liari was one of the Main reasons for Zaks becoming queen in the first place. "" How long will you blame everyone else Liari? ""

Suddenly one of the ice bergs flew between the two warriors Zaks saw her chance and slammed into it shattering it as she plowed through it and straight At liari who could only see the Explosion of ice before Zaks was on Top of her.  Swinging her Fists down on the smaller warrior as with her own Demonic energy to further empowering her over head strike hopfully to send the Majin into a nearby Ice berg. If the blow succeeded Zaks would pull her arm back behind her head and condense her ki into a sliver burning light. With a roar she would throw her entire weight into leaning forward and throwing a burning Lunar Javelin At liari so that she would not have a moment of Reprieve.  Zaks knew if she stood any chance of winning then she could not hold back her attacks.

A Level of Satisfaction coursed through Zaks as she watched her attacks land almost perfectly and she watched Liari be blown to bits. She had watched the videos of her fighting and her ability to pull herself back together so she was ready for it or so she thought. Watching it in person was far more stunning then watching it on a screen or being told just how much damage the Majin could take and still pull themselves back together. "" Its so unreal watching her... If I didn't know she had already died once I might think she couldn't be killed. "" It was to bad all the people she had killed could not say the same thing and there lives were over forever. Zaks watched with a mixture of feelings as she watched piece by piece reform before her very eyes and her power level hadn't even dropped a hair! Was Liari still holding back? That was a freighting thought as she watched her full body take shape. 

It was hard to admit but Zaks had to be thankful for this meeting if she managed to make it out of it alive. Liari had finally settled the indecision she had been feeling this entire time about leading the Saiyan's and gave Zaks a direction to go on. She had thought herself unable to Judge Liari as her hands were not clean ether but that was just her own misery speaking. She was the Queen of Vegeta and it was her duty to keep trying no matter what! Even if she hurt from her failure's and she felt like she was nothing but a failure. Who else had the responsibility to push the Saiyan's into a better future? No one. Locking on eyes with Liari as she full formed Zaks could see the anger in them and hate. Zaks was sure it was just a matter of time before she lost control and went on another rampage on earth killing countless people again. Getting back into a fighting she glared at the fighter who was revived and now visibly pissed off the steam shooting from her pours.


Zaks could not help but returning the growl to the Majin bearing her own teeth at her in a direct Challenge to Liari in a way that was primal. 
Liari though wasted no time at all before she lunched her first attack on Zaks aiming to kick her in the stomach with a flying kick that Zaks blocked with her knee with a boom that could be heard for miles. Unfortunately for Zaks the blow was more then enough to unbalance her and left her with no time to block the Majin's combo. The following knee as the Majin spun around her aimed at her connected sending Zaks directly into one of the floating icebergs. Zaks vison was blurry after the strike to the temple and she couldn't see clearly enough to truly defend herself as she saw the blurry Liari flying at her fully intending to keep up the pressure. Lifting her arms across herself to cover her body from the attack Zaks prepared herself to take the next hit. Liari did not disappoint and Zaks felt her arms go numb for a moment as they accepted Liari's hit. the blow had her being forced through the ice burg and sending Zaks tumbling through the air out of control. It was not very long before Zaks found herself sailing directly into another ice burg leaving a crater as the second ice burg nearly spilt in half from the Saiyan queen colliding with it. 


From her crater in the ice below Liari Zaks snarled at the Majin once again bearing her teeth! Standing once again Zaks glared up at Liari Before once again pulling her Ki out in a flaring silver light. With a growl Zaks stomped down in the burg shattering it and freeing large chunks of ice from its surface that Zaks promptly threw as hard as she could at liari as a distraction. Zaks leaped up at Liari as a follow up using her Mana reinforcement  and The remainder of her Mayko power to deliver the strongest punch she could that hummed in the air as her arm glowed for the power within. 

Zaks knew she was wracked with rage at liari and she doubted she would ever forgive her for targeting her children. But Zaks also knew part of the reason for her rage was Zaks could easily see herself in Liari's position had Zerori had not shown up to control her as she raged in north city. Could Zaks truly blame liari for everything? Zaks herself had almost committed the exact same thing with no voices in her head making her want to do anything besides her own instincts. Zaks Scream of rage as she attacked Liari was one for the battle she was fighting vs Liari and the battle within her own heart.

Zaks was Angry at Liari at the pain she was receiving from her attacks even as she blocked each blow. That pain was slowly leading to fear for the Saiyan monarch and her rational mind was slowly losing control. Each blow induced pain and along with pain Came fear spiking her adrenaline. That fear and Rage blinded her when she lunched her attack renewed at Liari as her power ran through her body with all the destructive force she could muster. Unfortunately she was completely unready for when she broke apart into square blocks and disappearing leave Her completely off balance in her attack. She barely had time to register the energy blasts light as it was unleashed on her cheek instantly blinding her in pain as she rocketed away from Liari. 

Liari was not done though as she pursued the Queen with a swift kick aiming for her temple that Zaks primal side felt the danger coming. Through the Pain this side of her made the Queen open her mouth as wide as possible revealing Rows of sharp teeth that would bite down on the Danger approaching on her head. Zaks unfortunately never knew if she had managed to actually bite Liari since she was almost instantly knocked senseless from a blow to her chin and the following blow to the top of her head.  Zaks wouldn't register anything for a moment expect coming to her senses face down into the The shattered Iceberg that had been below her before she had slammed into it. 

Zaks rolled over from her position to look up at Liari with her one eye that was not swollen shut as she breathed heavily trying to overcome the pain of her burns on her face. From there all she could do was listen to Liari Scream at her blaming her for were they were now fighting each other. Liari wouldn't feel bad if she killed Zaks now? Zaks slowly rose from the Ice burg and started to laugh that slowly started to pick up as if Liari had told a joke."" HAHAHAH"" pointing a finger at Liari as her laughter took a darker tone and her eye held none of the mirth laughter would suggest should be there. "" Liari... don't you see? No one expects you to feel sorry!! Your Liari!!! "" Zaks shouted up to the Majin her voice still still wavering slightly from the laughter. 

Zaks couldn't understand Liari's logic. Did she really think people forgave her fully! Or was it really just them not being able to kill Liari themselves? Zaks herself didn't forgive liari nor did she believe the Majin Really cared about the people she had killed in the past. That was Why Zaks wanted to destroy her now before she started up again. But the truth was Zaks was losing badly and if she got killed now Liari would be right. It would be her own fault for attacking her blindly instead of retreating and growing stronger then she as now. More ever Zaks was losing control again just like she had down in north City and that was even worst for Zaks. 

"" So Liari... What am I to do? What would you do if your were here were I am? Forgive you? when you know it is only a matter of time you grow bored again?"" Zaks could not forget that she had been attacked the first time since Liari had been bored. "" I don't get it Liari. You say things one moment that makes it sound like you regret what you did but at the Same you cant stand being forgiven so easily. Then when you face Some one who doesn't believe you you... you cant .. DAMNIT IF YOU HAD TRIED RUNNING ... HAD YOU TRIED .."" Zaks didn't understand Liari at all. She could easily run away from the fight but she Rather attack and at like she was the victim when the anger she created was directed at her. For Lunas Sake she could teleport away! A Thought reared its Head in the Saiyan queens Head and she wanted to dismiss it but what if it was true. "" What Is it that you really want?"" What was it the Majin wanted? A voice and a picture of a Scared blue Majin in hell appeared in her minds eye. Liari didn't want to die again...And return to hell. So what if she didnt want to return to hell? she deserved it. Didn't she?

Zaks stood There as Liari fired back At Zaks stating that she didn't want weakness and she was not Weak in a way that made it sound like it was a sin to be weak. She was not surprised that Liari hadn't had not gotten what she had tried to say to her but then again Zaks was not even sure what she was trying to say completely ether. Maybe she wanted Liari to run since it meant that she really felt sorry and didn't want to fight anymore? Zaks was frustrated at how she was weaker then Liari again even after everything she had gone through to become stronger. Yes she now could fight back vs the Majin to an extent but she could not yet hold her own vs Liari. It only made the words Liari spoke hit closer to home that she had wanted to fight and she was the one who started it. This only made Zaks want to hit her again and start it all over again. Of course she wanted to fight Liari! Liari had threatened her kids and had beaten her down for amusement. She had wanted to prove all that training and pain she had gone through had meant something and she could atone for the north city.

Though Zaks frowned at Liari's proclamation that she had suffered her share to repay what she had done to everyone on earth. Were did she get to say that? There were still people who had not had time for a family members funeral since there was such a long wait list world wide. Zaks grit her teeth and clenched her fists ready to start the fight back up or at least attempt it. Just when She felt the surge run through her and her KI started to channel to her hands again Liari Said something that struck a nerve in the Saiyan Queen even if she had not meant it.


""Ms. Warrior-Race. Look at you. It's a disgrace. You're a queen of born-fighters telling ME to run from a challenge?"" How dare she say anything About her being a Saiyan after she had destroyed entire Cities just based off her heritage. Although she was the Saiyan queen of there entire people who once brought worlds to there knees. With that Thought Zaks stepped forward until she was inches from Liari and glared at her with her one good eye. "" yeah I get I am not the most Saiyan like of my race. That's been my number one thing since I took over! To change us from world destroyers to honor bound warriors! I seek to redeem them! "" As she shouted directly into Liari,s face a thought ran full circle in her head. How could she not forgive liari? When she was asking the entire universe to forgive her people for wiping out multiple planets?

Zaks suddenly found she couldn't look liari in the eye anymore and took a step clumsily as she suddenly felt drained completely of the will to scream at liari. Why was she so unwilling to let liari have a second chance? She thought this over as she took a few steps back and grabbed some snow off the ground and placed it on her swollen eye. She had convinced herself liari wouldn't change since she was willing to fight to protect herself. She had convinced herself that being board was why Saiyans joined mercenary groups to fight more. And she had been defending them saying it was possible to reform a planet destroyer species. Zaks could now tell her personal anger had gotten into her decision to attack and condemn liari. She hissed from the ice and barely heard liari tell her that she hated Zaks. Up till this moment Zaks wouldn't have cared and it would have made her happy. Now as she looked up at Liari she could actually see Terra in her a little bit and to her surprise left a hollow feeling in her gut.

"" Liari. I … I am sorry. I am not gonna tell you I forgive you for what you have done. "" She didn't yet but the boiling the flame and anger that blinded her until now was cooled now enough she she at least could listen to liari and not being a total bitch as the earthlings called it. "" But thanks to you I can start ..trying to move on. I didn't lose my child when you attacked.. now that I think on it you hesitated back then if I am being honest. "" Zaks pressed the snow a bit harder into her eye to increase the pain slightly to help focus her mind. Or was it just a coping mechanism for the stress she felt but she didn't know really. "" Liari … I… hope you can redeem yourself though In the future."" What Zak didn't say was simple. If she couldn't then what chance did the Saiyans have of ever getting forgiven.?

Stepping forward Zaks held out a hand to the Majin no warrior before her before dropping it to her side. The warrior who have unknowingly pushed her to become as strong as she was now. The fear she had felt mounting the entire time since their first encounter was now gone from her shoulders. "" Just come find me please once we both have cooled down.. "" that sounded weak if she ever heard anything but truth is Zaks was gonna have to re-examine her entire way of thinking until now. "" just.. don't give up.. to everyone else you haven't paid nearly enough…we..no they are still hurting and there are no fairytale with magic wishes to undo the damage …we cause""

With that the Queen left if allowed to head straight home to her ship to examine her life choices a bit more thoroughly and.. to finally allow her ear to heal. She had kept it as a reminder how much stronger she had to grow after their last encounter but now. Now she realized it was just a festering wound that needed to go. Zaks had to work on redeeming the the Saiyan race just like Liari had to for herself. And if she really did what she feared and relapsed.. then she guessed she better be strong enough to stop her.
